Comma Space 逗号空间 is an artist-run experimental space that creates thinking spaces between commas.

Drawing inspiration from the comma—a punctuation mark that separates, delineates phrases, and expresses contrast—Comma Space aims to function as a vibrant hub for creativity and critical discourse. It strives to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and engage local communities, emphasizing the crucial role of art in society.
Comma Space actively engages in art creation, exhibition curation, project commissions, research initiatives, and support for contemporary artists on local, regional, and international scales.

Co-founder: Sai (Chen Sai Hua Kuan)
Sai (a.k.a Chen Sai Hua Kuan) is an artist, who is most known for his sound interactive art, installations and public artworks that investigate our relationship with space through body, engagement, and sound.
Sai’s artworks have been widely collected by private collectors and institutions in Singapore and abroad, including Singapore Art Museum (Singapore), He Xiangning Art Museum (China), Chengdu EcoGarden (China), VehbiKoc Foundation (Turkey) and Museum of Contemporary Art Busan (South Korea).
Co-founder: Dr. Wang Ruobing
Wang Ruobing is an artist, educator and independent curator whose practice and research critically examine the complex and evolving relationship between humans and the environment, with a particular focus on the intersections of ecology and knowledge production. A key element of her work is the utilisation of found everyday objects, drawing upon existing traces and narratives of usage in prompting us to reconsider humanity’s role in building a liveable future.
